Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Is it too late to get a lawyer?

I have been going to court since January 2005 regarding custody of my daughter. Up until recently, I was unable to pay the fees needed for a lawyer to represent me. Is it too late for me to get a lawyer to help me get visitations with my daughter? Thank you.

I agree with Greg.

If you are asking, then you may well need an attorney. The equation is what an attorney would cost, and what you can afford.

The length of this matter suggests that legal representation could and would assist you.

Should you need such help contact me.
