Lawsuit to people com severa depression

I am in treatment with psychologist and psychiatrist for severe bipolar disorder, my wife began a divorce process. Legally I can be considered a person unable to respond to a divorce process?

You must respond to the process. If you do not, you will still wind up divorced.
