Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Leaving the country with children

I would like to visit my sick family in India with my children but my wife doesn't want them to have passports.

I don't have any intentions other then visiting my family and be back to the USA. I'm a USA citizen too. What are my legal options, can a court could help me?

Usually the court does not get involved in the family's problems.

You may have to file a legal action to get the court involved.
