leaving state for vacation

my daugheters farther and i signed a court agreement to share custody of her in april at the time of this i advised him that i had paid for a vacation to florida he said that was o.k. we just had to go back to court for emergancy hearing and i was advised that i was not allowed to take her on this vacation without his permission. what can i do about this the vacation was paid for before we had gone to court and the mediator did not advise me that i had to have his permission when i told him this information what paper work do i need to get from the court to be granted and if any knows how long this would take the vacation is next month

You should have this entire matter reviewed with an attorney, and engage counsel for advice and representation. It is unusual for the court to forbid an out-of-state vacation, so your situation has some specific factor which should be discussed in a confidential setting.
