Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Do I have the legal right to contact my exhusbands attorney regarding our current probate case? I am representing myself and live in Mass.

Yes. Since you are not represented by legal counsel, you can deal directly with your husband's attorney.
I am not sure that is your best option, but I wish you good luck.

Yes, you have the right to do that. As a "pro se" litigant you are expected to communicate with that attorney regarding the case.
