Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Legal funding for the indigent
This is very serious matter. I have created a team of talented individuals to work on a case of an indigent person, who is fighting for custody of 6 children. This person is indigent, and I am trying to find a grant or organization that could assist this person with the legal expenses for the attorneys, the four paralegal involved have all volunteered their time and energy for this person's worthy cause. They believe in this person's cause, and so do I. If anyone has any information, we'd greatly appreciate, and the person would greatly appreciate it as well. This person has not seen the children in a long time, and wants very much to be reunited with them, as any parent would.

Re: Legal funding for the indigent
Unfortunately the family you are attempting to help is only one of hundreds of thousands of such families which have been destroyed in one way or another by the court system. Go visit the men's groups on the Net and hear of one tragedy after another. Not until some type of person with Bill Gates' wealth and stature is made to suffer will sufficient pressure be brought to cause a change in how the system works. Go to the links page on my site -- http://falseallegations.com/links.htm -- and click your way to the many men's groups. That's where the action is. Maybe they'll tell you whether there is funding for the indigent. Good luck, truly.
