legal guardianship and divorce
i have been made legal guardian of my sister after a brain aneurysm she was married for the second time for 2 1/2 years but was separated at the time of the aneurysm. no children but he's trying to get my sisters house as she put his name on the deed 5 months before her aneurysm i'm filing for divorce on behalf of my sister and he's fighting eveything he's an alchoholic and was abusive to my sister and her daughter from a previous marriage(sexual misconduct when the daughter was 11, she's 19 now, this information came out just prior to my sisters aneurysm, may of 2006) he continues to harass my sister while she is in rehab and also my family. does he have any real say in what happens just because he's still legally married to her? he's making it seem like it's her family that is trying to keep them apart and because of my sisters brain injury she has forgotten most of the bad stuff he's done and is blaming us for making trouble in her marriage. she's permanently disabled and he is using her brain injury to maipulate her into doing what he wants and that is to be named her guardian sell the house and disappear. it is my sisters house, she bought it but he's mean and making alot of noise can he get anything

What you describe is a complicated situation. I do not know if he is represented by an attorney, but I think you should be as guardian for your sister.
You raise issues, but have not asked any questions. I suspect that you have many questions about how to handle this situation.
