Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I have legal and physical custody of my daughter and have only received 9 months of child support within the past 10 years. How do I file to receive the back support if I cannot afford an attorney?

My daughter will be 17 in a week and just recently went to live with her father. I just received a phone call from his wife requesting child support even though they never supported her when she resided with me.
