legal question about being married

i was married in 2001 in mass separated in 2001 due to domestic violence in 2008 i had a name and social security change due to identity theft am i still married?

Yes. You are married until you are divorced in the courts.

Yes, you are still married until an order of divorce is entered in a court with jurisdiction. I would recommend you do that sooner than later.

Until you are legally divorced, and assuming the marriage was valid, YOU ARE MARRIED.
