legal relationship question

hi, i have a relationship question. i just recently moved to green bay, WI where the legal age of consent is 18.. i'm originally from massachusetts where the legal age of consent is 16 or 17 and i'm 17. the thing is, my boyfriends 21 and i'm only 17 and i just recently got into a car crash without a license, while using my boyfriends, sisters car. my boyfriends parents are afraid he'll get arrested so their making me go back to mass, so he won't get in trouble for being with me. can he come back to mass with me so i can ''legally'' date him? it's fine with my parents.

Consent for what, contract, dating, sex?????

You can date, but for the purpose of sex, you are still a minor.
