is it legal for a 23 yr old marrried man to date a girl who just turned 17?

There is no prohibition on a 23 year old dating a 17 year old. Clearly the fact that the man is married raises eye brows. If the two people have sexual relations, they would be committing the crime of adultry. The crime of adultry is rarely prosecuted but is still on the books.
