Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

i am legally married but in a sense separated since my spouse and i no longer live together he will be 24 this may and began a relationship with a 16 yr old girl who just turned 17 in sept...he has also had 3 other sexual relationships with other women during our marriage i would like information on how if possible i could use this to gain full custody of my child and how i can also use this to request alimony. what is the process.? i was married in the state of florida but reside in the state of massachusetts now

Adultry has nothing to do with child custody and so little to do with alimony that it is not worth raising the issue. You should consult a lawyer to find out about your rights.
