Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Life insurance payment

In the original divorce decree, my ex had to pay for a life policy w/me as beneficiary. He had the decree amended 10 yrs later to stop alimony, but chose to keep the life policy in force.

Now he has chosen not to continue those payments.

Does he legally have the right to now ''chose'' not to?

Re: Life insurance payment

If there is an enforceable court order, then a failure to comply is subject to a complaint for contempt.
