I;m in a middle of a 23 year divorce. my 2 college children live with me when homr. the judge ordered I pay for half my kids educaion. I paid for one month but my support goes to many things relating to them and their well being, Ny husband is an attorney and has hid mony for a long time for him and his paramour parralegal. what happens if i don[t send my portion of the college money

If you willingly violate a court order, the probate jugdge assigned to your case can hold you in contempt. If you believe your ex is hiding assets from the court or not disclosing income, you should consider utilizing a forensic accountant.

If you fail to send your portion of the college money, you are violating a court order or judgment and could be found in contempt.

You should have an in-office consultation with your lawyer to discuss your exact situation.

Wilful violation of a court order can result in your being found in contempt of court, unless you retain an attorney to file a complaint for modification to change the college education payment order and/or to revisit your claim that your ex-spouse is hiding assets.
