You should feel free to travel to Florida as needed, but I strongly recommend that you obtain a divorce here in Massachusetts before considering moving to Florida. Many same-sex couples move away and then find that it is impossible to obtain a divorce. If you would like to get that process started, please feel free to give our office a call at 617-357-4898.
