More information is needed.

Has exclusive possession of the home been granted to her as the result of some divorce decree or separation agreement? Why do you own the home that she lives in? Was it contemplated by the parties that the home would be refinanced or sold?

The answer is that, depending on the circumstances, she may have every right to change the locks. On the other hand, depending on the circumstances, a change of the locks could amount to an ouster in violation of your rights.

You need to sit down with an attorney and determine what your specific rights are, as defined by any separation agreement or divorce decree, before knowing what remedies might be available to you.
