Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

loan to spouse

we are separated and my spouse has agreed to cosign so I can change the title of house to my name. However, he would like me to loan him money out of the equity out of the house. Is there something that could be drafted that would keep him liable for that money I borrow even though the divorce is not final and would also keep him liable for what he owes me even if I sell the house at some point.

Re: loan to spouse

The signature does not overcome the fact that marital property remains as such regardless of who has the name on it.
