Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Location Exchange
There is a location for exchange. The woman is persistent to coming to my home when it is not exchange time. The parents get along, the girlfriend does not like it and intentionally causes turmoil interfering with co parenting. She grabs the phone and refuses to let father talk with mother pertaining to the children. This is a repeated pattern with her own ex husband and his new wife.

Re: Location Exchange
If this is really the case, you need to go to Superior Court, pay a filing fee, and get a non-209A restraining order to keep her away from your property. You can also go to Probate and Family Court, file an equity case (yes, there is a filing fee) and get this person under orders that can be enforced against her personally.
Clearly, however, you should get a lawyer's assistance. This will likely cost you money. There is no way to avoid this. This board exists to give general advice and legal information, not detailed advice. It is not a substitute for an in-office consultation with a qualified attorney.
A very similar fact pattern has been raised several times since early this year. Answers to most of the questions you raise here were provided in that thread.
