maiden name

how can i change my last name back to maiden name after i already divorced? also, if i remarry can my 3 year old take his last name

You need to file a petition for name change in the Probate and Family Court for your county.

whose last name do you want the child to take, and why? You can petition for this, but the father has the right to object.
