Marriage Anullment

I have been married since July 1, 2003 so its a total of 4 months. Can my marriage be anulled? Under what ground rules? What form do i need to use to file for anullment?

Annulment does not depend upon how long you were together. It requires an impediment to the marriage contract. Some impediments are that a person is already married or a close relative. Others deal with the essence of the contract such as fraud. You need to talk to a local attorney about this matter.
