marriage

Next month I will get merried to a woman here in the United States, but we are planning on moving to Brazil. Will my marriage still be valid and all rights protected elsewhere in the world like in Brazil? Thanks.

It should be considered valid as a matter of international convention. You could call the State Dept or the Brazilian Embassy or local counsel's office. But most countries honor the marriages of other countries. If you go on line and look up treaties and conventions with the US, you should find a copy of the convention governing marriages between the US and Brazil. Congratualtions
