Does marriage separation agreement have legal binding power ?

Can that be referenced in the future divorce?

Any separation agreement would need to be presented to a court during a divorce for approval. If you are referring to a prenuptial agreement or postnuptial agreement, then the parties can be bound by its terms - again, subject to final approval by the court. If you are thinking about divorcing, and you have the rough terms of a divorce in mind, our office can probably assist you for a reasonable fixed fee. Best of luck!
