no kids not married mortgage in my name only she hardly worked what can she get?

Massachusetts does not allow unmarried couples to seek alimony or divorce remedies such as property division.

If she obtains a good attorney, she can seek some compensation from you for property value under an equitable theory of "unjust enrichment." However, based on the minimal facts presented, she would have to show that something she did in the household enabled you to be far more successful than you would otherwise.
