Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I'm getting married to a Serbian & my children & I are moving to Serbia. What are the process of him adopting my children? Two of my kids have no father listed on the birth certificate. My oldest does & I don't know where her father is. Please help!

You will need to file what is called a step-parent (or co-parent) adoption in the probate and family court. Our firm handles these matters routinely, and can assist you. When the biological father consents to the adoption, these matters can be finalized relatively quickly. Yours may take a little longer, but you should get started immediately. Good luck!
