If you were married 23 years ago in another state and have been seperated for 20 years how can you get a divorce?

So long as you reside in Massachusetts now, you would simply file for divorce just like anybody else. If you no longer know where our spouse is, you will need to request alternate means of service from the court. I recommend that you retain counsel.
