i am legaly married but me and my husband have not been together for a few years and are currently dating other peopleand i am now pregnant will this affect my pregnancy and boyfriend before we can get our divorce finalized?

It will not impact your pregnancy, and I assume that you may put our boyfriend's name on the birth certificate.

Your child is presumed to be that of your husband. However, your divorce judgment can state otherwise, provided it is properly raised and pleaded (including "pleading" by agreement). For the child's father to have rights, you will have to do this.
Also, please note that you should have an attorney assist you, in both matters. The boyfriend should be agreeing to be named the father, and the husband should of course be agreeing that he is NOT the father. You should be moving in both matters, because children require support.
