If i were to marry a man that pays child support,am i responsible in any way of paying the child support If he cant?

Only the party ordered by a court of law to pay child support is responsible for payment of the ordered child support. If you are not a named party in the child support case, than you are in no way obligated to pay the child support.

No. His ability to pay child support will take into account any expense he might have that you would be expected to contribute to assuming you work or have income, for instance your portion of rent or mortgage payments or your ability to provide some contribution for such things, may impact the amount he is required to pay. You will not be obligated to pay his child support.
