If someone in Massachusetts is having an affair and exposes his children to "the other woman" before filing for divorce, will this hurt his chances of getting soul custody of the children?

A lawyer needs to gather all the facts before answering this question as child custody is a very complicated issue. However, as a general rule, exposing the children to "the other woman" shows bad judgment and does not appear to be in the child's interest. A judge could easily find that such conduct was harmful to the child.
