massachussets chid support guidlines

The father pays childsupport and pays medical insurance for two kids.I know u can modify after 3yrs,he makes the same income he was making last time we went to court.Does the new guideline means the judge will increase childsupport?

Not necessarily. You should retain an attorney to file a complaint for modification which will require filing of current financial statements by both parties and a new child support guidelines worksheet based upon them. Good Luck!
