Medical Insurance Coverage

In my divorce decree I need to carry Health Insurance for my X-wife until remarried, she has been remarried for about a year and is still on my Health insurance... Can I get in trouble for this & what is the procedure to take her off?

You need to notify your health insurer or have the human resources (at your place of employment) notify insurer/ex-wife that she will be taken off your health insurance and will then be offered the option of cobra. Good luck!
