Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

modification of child support

If a party with 2 children were given

50-50 on the assets during a divorce

and the non-custodial parent lived

frugally and still has those assets but

the custodial parent went through

the assets and has nothing left is it

possible for the custodial parent to

now (7 years later) ask for an

increase in child support based on the

fact that the non-custodial parent

still has their share intact of the

assets divided?
