Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

modification

In june my ex served me and we went to court to modify a child support order. In august she filed to modify it again. How often can she do this. It seems that if we just went in and I pay my child support on time it is not time to get a raise. Does she need a reason or just to have it modified is enough.

As often as she wants; but each time she needs to show a material change of circumstances. If she files a frivolous complaint, you can seek a dismissal and sanctions.
