Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

money

I am getting married in November to a man who was married before and had children. His children are well in their teens. His ex wife is threatening to go after my money once we get married. Legally does she have a right to MY money?

Re: money

While the ex-wife does not have a right to your individual money or property, she may have a right to seek a modification of your fiance's child support obligations if his financial situation were to change dramatically as a result of your marriage.
