my mother has guardianship of my baby what are my rights & do i still have custody

Hello,
If your mother has guardianship of your baby, your mother is the legal guardian of your child, has custody of your child, and can make all decisions in the best interests of your child. Assuming your child is a minor, and not incapacitated, than I am assuming that you baby is living with your mother.
