Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My mother-in-law (Nana) has convinced my wife to allow our 15-month old daughter to be flown from Massachusetts to Arizona with my wife's brother and sister-in-law so that she can spend time (~1 week) with Nana. As the girl's father, I disagree that this is a good idea and think that she is too young to travel without my wife or myself. I have a suspician that my wife will do this without my consent.

Do I have any legal rights to stop this from happening?
