Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Motion?
Hi,
I looked up the instructions on how to file a motion at the probate court. It says that:
''All motions shall be accompanied by a proposed order which shall be served with the motion.''
I will be filing a Motion for Sanctions due to incomplete disclosure on the financial statement and income, etc.
What are some examples of proposed orders? Can I just ask for termination of all support? What is reasonable?

The proposed order needs to track your motion or opposition, and in it you are making declaratory statements about what you would like the judge to say in their order.
Re: Motion?
You should obtain the assistance of an attorney.
The court will not punish children for the alleged perjury. Support is your obligation, regardless of the amount. Frankly, I am more than a little appalled at the suggestion you make.
Appropriate sanctions are generally in limitations on evidence or other orders that punish the PARTY for the non-disclosure.
As this appears to be from an earlier question, I have to strongly advise that you get an attorney's assistance before you go off half-cocked. If you understand the metaphor of "half-cocked," which relates to guns, you will understand what I mean -- a gun that goes off before the hammer is fully cocked tends to injure the person firing it.
