motion to vacate while i have a restraining order?

My husband of 2 and a half years and i are separated. i had a stop abuse order which was modified to a full restraining order in October.He has been ordered out of the housewe have been living in for the last five years. (it is titled in his name) i recieved a notice that there is a hearing to vacate me from the house. is it possible for him to be able to do this? will i be able to remain here until a divorce settlement. Papers were filed in August.
