Can I move out of state with minor children if parents were never married

The fact that you are married may or may not have bearing on the real issue - whether the other person's legal parentage has been established, and whether there are any current court orders in place concerning the minor child. If the father is paying child support and has visitation rights pursuant to a court order, you need his consent which I would get in writing or you need the court to approve the move.
