moving to portugal

hi im 16 years old with a 12 month old dughter and i was wondering if theres a possible way that i could move back to were i came from for good with my dughter.im a verry unhapy person here in the usa and i needmy family with me its been 5 years whats can i do to take my dughter to portugal to live with me.? the father does not have visiting right yet it has not been set yet but pays child suppor i know hes going to do evrything on hes power to not alow that to happen not becouse he care for hes dughter but becouse he wants to make my life miserable. he doesnt help me with anything what do i do who do i talk to and were do i go.

what paper do i ask for please help me in miserable looking for as much answer i can get .thank you

There's a lot of questions that a family law attorney would need to ask you to fully answer your question. Needless to say, if you're the custodial parent with the child right now, you may petition the court to allow you to move out of the state with your child. You will probably want to speak with a family law attorney about doing that for you.
