moving out of state with my children

I have full physical custody of my children with joint legal. can i move out of state with my children?

You need to file a complaint for modification with notice to the noncustodial parent and prove the move is in the best interest of the children. Good Luck!

You need the consent of the other parent or permission of the court. The Court will allow you to move for a good reason.
