moving

hi im 16 years old with a 12 month old dughter and i was wondering if theres a possible way that i could move back to were i came from for good with my dughter.im a verry unhapy person here in the usa and i needmy family with me its been 5 years whats can i do to take my dughter to portugal to live with me.?

Assuming you are resident in the USA legally; Assuming you are not married and assuming there is a father who has parental rights; then you need to get either the father's written permission to move back with your child or the courts permission.

Given your age and assuming your family will help you, the court is likely to allow you return with your child.
