Munchenhausen??

I really do believe that my wife has it. How can I be sure? And what can I do?

Have her see her doctor, and get a referral to psychologist or psychiatrist.

I would ask a Doctor she goes to evaluate her for it. If she has it he may be able to determine if indeed she does have it. Once that is determined; then you can deal with the problem medically and if need be legally

If you have an open case and it is relevant to some issue (especially care and custody of the children), the Court can be asked to order an evaluation. Given the concern you are describing, you need a lawyer's help in drafting the necessary documents, including a detailed affidavit of what you have observed.
