Obtain Back ground Check
How can I obtain a back ground check on someone. This would be regarding custody of a child. The father of the child has things on his record that would help me with my case.

I suggest your attorney handle that part of your case. He can request a backgorund check as part of litigation. Also, anyone appointed by the court to do an evaluation, may request a criminal records check. If you are in a custody battle, you should have legal counsel.
