How can i obtain visitation with my younger sister?

My name is--name removed--and i am 17 years old. I am currently in D.S.S. custody. My mother is in jail. I have a sister who is 8 years old and my grandmother who has custody of her will not allow me to see her. I have done nothing wrong, the only reason she is not allowing me to visit her is becasue when i was placed into d.s.s. i made allegations on my uncle, my grandmothers son, stating that he was making sexual advances towards me. what can i do?

Re: How can i obtain visitation with my younger sister?

When will you be 18 years old?

Why are you in D.S.S. custody?

Why is your mother in jail?

Why did you make allegations on your uncle? Were the allegations true or not?

That is, did he make sexual advances towards you or not?

Depending on your answers, you might want to file

a Complaint for Visitation.
