Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My oldest daughter is a full time, college student. She has moved into an off campus apartment, with a friend to be closer to school. Her legal address is still my residence. Is my ex-husband still required to pay child support for her?

Yes. So long as she is domiciled with you (legal residence) and enrolled in college for a Bacholor's degree, the chjild support continues until ordered otherwise by a court.
