orders for custody

Durring our divorce I was granted temp custody of the 2 children.� The divorce order states that temp orders are to be in effect am I wrong to think that I have custody and he does not.� He as well signed away rights to school and medical records in these temp orders.� Does he have joint custody if no temp order states he does.� One child before marry and one after.
