Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I had papers served by a process server. He contacted me letting me know the person was served and I would get the original back in the mail to send into the court. I didn't receive the paper and called him. He said I should have gotten it already, he would track it and call back. He hasn't called back and won't answer my calls. Should I call the court?

Thanks for your question.

You should call up the process server and have them give you a replacement return of service. You will need to file that with the Court.

If you are having difficulty with your lawsuit, you may want to consider hiring an attorney to represent you. Best of luck!
