Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

One parent travelling with children

I am a divorced mother of 2 minor children and we are travelling to Europe for a vacation at the end of the month. I have full physical and legal custody of them, although he is still in their lives, somewhat. Do I need a ''permission'' letter from him in order to leave the country with them?

At a minimum, I would bring a certified copy of the divorce decree.

This depends on the airline. Call the incoming and out-going air-lines.

The simplest thing to do is to get such a letter.
