Parental rights

My childs father wants to sign over parental rights, do i need a lawyer do i have to go to court? Who do i call, DOR?

Termination of parental rights is taken very seriously under the law. You will need to go to the Family and Probate Court.

Termination of parental rights is a very serious matter. If you want to make sure this is done correctly, I would talk to an attorney. You have to go to Probate and Family Court to have this done and a judge will have to issue an order.
