Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

If two parents can not decide and the judge then decides but it turns out to be a bad choice by the judge and you can prove it with medical documentations can you get it changed? Home schooling vs, public. Mother home schooled the youngest child for health reasons. Child had upper respiratory infections, strep, tonsilitis, asthma attacks, ear infections, tubes 4 times, adnoids removed....Home schooled child was healthy. Returns to school... back to being sick all over again, catching everything. Now might need tubes a 5th time. Ear drums thin might have to have ear drums reconstructed. Child had a large social group with peers and involved in activities with peers while being home schooled. Mother very educated and had child ahead of his peers in the public school. Can this be brought back to court and changed back to home schooling? And yes school always approved of the home schooling with the boards.

If you believe it was a bad decision, the option is to appeal.

If there is a change in circumstances, file for a modification.
